Check in this order

  1. 01
    Step 1

Check the model manual and use an empty, undamaged bobbin of the specified class and material.

  2. 02
    Step 2

Lead the thread through every bobbin-winding guide and tension disc in the direction shown for the machine.

  3. 03
    Step 3

Place the bobbin firmly on the spindle, secure the thread end as instructed and engage winding mode.

  4. 04
    Step 4

Wind a few turns, stop to trim the loose tail when the manual requests it, then continue at a moderate speed until the automatic stop or stated fill level. Return the spindle to sewing position.

04

What should restore normal sewing

The thread should form firm, parallel layers without a cone shape, loose loops or bulging sides.

Install the bobbin only after confirming that it turns freely and is not overfilled.
